Sporia’s Refund Policy for Sports Tours and Travels

At Sporia, we understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes plans need to be adjusted. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have designed our refund policy as follows:

  1. Cancellation by Sporia: In the rare event that we have to cancel a sports tour or travel package, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. We will also provide you with alternative options for rescheduling or joining a different tour, if possible.
  2. Cancellation by Traveler: If you decide to cancel your booking, the refund amount will be determined based on the following timeline:

           Cancellation more than 60 days before the tour departure date: You will receive a 70%  refund of the tour cost. (30% Non refundable Cost after deduction of Non-Refundable Components (Point No – 3 )
           Cancellation between 30 to 60 days before the tour departure date: You will receive a 50% refund of the tour cost.
           Cancellation less than 30 days before the tour departure date: Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide a refund.                                                                   

3. Non-Refundable Components:

Certain components of the tour package, such as tickets to sporting events or non-refundable bookings with hotels and airlines, may not be eligible for a refund if canceled.

4. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please get in touch with our customer support team via email or phone. Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation.


5. Partial Utilization: If you choose to leave a tour early or decide not to participate in specific activities included in the package, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the tour.


6. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
